Mission

We believe that entrepreneurship can be a viable pathway out of poverty for the entrepreneur. To this end, we work with individuals in under-served communities who are seeking to start and/or grow a business venture. Our organization helps to equip these business owners with the tools and resources needed to become sustainable and growing.

How

We provide entrepreneurship workshops and hands-on training and tools that can be immediately applied to the venture. After an initial 6-week training the business owner is matched with a mentor who acts as a sounding board and advisor, offering assistance and guidance as needed. Business owners are then paired with students working in a consulting role to implement projects that help to advance the business. This allows the business owner to focus on those areas that are critical to business survival and growth.
