Mission
We believe that entrepreneurship can be a viable pathway out of poverty. To this end, we work with individuals in under-served communities who are seeking to start and/or grow a business. Our organization helps to equip these business owners with the tools and resources needed to become sustainable and growing.
|
HowWe provide entrepreneurship workshops and hands-on training and tools that can be immediately applied to the business. After the initial training the business owner is matched with a mentor who acts as a sounding board offering assistance and guidance, when needed. Business owners are also paired with students working in a consulting role to assist with projects that help to advance the business while allowing the business owner to focus on those areas that are critical to their survival and growth.
