The Center offers an annual small business leadership conference and several seminars and workshops throughout the year. The Center also offers a Leadership Mindset Program, a training program that helps small business leaders develop and grow their leadership mindset. In transforming their mindsets these leaders also change their lives, the lives of their employees, and are better able to serve their communities.
